Resolution requesting that the Tribe, acting through the Principal Chief, Vice-Chief and Tribal Council in the exercise of their respective offices, is authorized to identify, pursue and engage in any and all commercial business opportunities and transactions, in gaming and non-gaming industries, wheresoever located, that are lawful in the jurisdiction where located, and which the Tribe's business model and which serve the overarching goals of diversifying Tribal revenue sources and strengthen the Tribal economy for the benefit of Tribal citizens
